I am a young yoga practitioner and teacher who believes that yoga is not a quick remedy, but a holistic way of living. Rather than focusing on instant results, I guide people to understand yoga as a balanced practice that nurtures the mind, body, and inner awareness together.
My approach emphasizes discipline, consistency, breath, and mental calm, helping individuals develop long-term well-being rather than temporary relief. I believe yoga is inclusive and beneficial for people of all ages, supporting relaxation, emotional balance, and mental peace in everyday life.
I have conducted multiple yoga batches in the past, and the most recent one was held in 2025, where I successfully guided a group of 15 participants with a focus on relaxation and mental peace. Each batch is thoughtfully designed to create a calm, supportive space for self-awareness and inner balance.
The sessions are conducted in online mode, making them accessible and convenient.
