I have always had a passion for teaching, even though my professional career has been in the Aerospace and IT industries, where I have worked in managerial roles. One of my key strengths is the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an easy-to-understand manner.

When working with students, I pay close attention to how they approach problems and genuinely appreciate the mistakes they make, as these often reveal gaps in their understanding. My focus is on identifying misconceptions and understanding their thought process, especially when a method works only in certain situations but not universally.

I then work closely with students to bridge those gaps, strengthen their fundamentals, and build confidence in their abilities. My goal is to make mathematics enjoyable, spark curiosity, and increase students' motivation to learn by helping them understand concepts deeply rather than simply memorizing solutions.
