Hello! I'm thrilled to share my passion for dance and movement with you. With over three years of dedicated teaching experience and many years spent as a professional dancer, I bring a wealth of expertise and a genuine love for the art form to every class.

️ My Approach: I have a naturally calm and bubbly demeanour, creating a classroom environment that is both supportive and energetic. I believe in making dance and fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. My goal is simple: to share my knowledge and ensure you get the very best out of every session.

️ Inclusivity & Scope: I confidently work with all ages and experience levels, from beginners taking their very first steps to advanced dancers seeking to refine their technique. I offer classes ranging from energetic dance fitness to detailed technique instruction and choreography workshops.

️ Specialization (Adaptive Movement): A cornerstone of my practice is my specialization in teaching movement for people with Parkinson's or mobility issues. My methodology in this area focuses on adaptive, mindful exercises designed to enhance balance, coordination, strength, and joy through movement in a safe and encouraging setting.

️ Choreography: As an active choreographer, I enjoy guiding students through the creative process, helping them develop their performance quality, musicality, and unique artistic voice.

Fee details

    CA$20–100/hour (US$14.49–72.46/hour)

    Prices based on level and content. My base fee for beginner dancers is $20. Intermediate and advanced classes are between $25-$50 per hour. And choreography is $100 per hour of rehearsals (usually I work with students to finish their pieces in 3-5 sessions).
