Personally I don’t believe in traditional way of teaching and assessing students based on marks and achievements. My teaching is mainly concentrated on conceptual learning and understanding things in a way that you can modify or apply it in your own life which makes learning easier and much more simple. I believe in practical learning with strong theoretical concept understanding. To assess the students performance the metrics varies to student to student some will be assessed based on their efforts, some with thinking ability, some with problem solving, but everyone have their own strength and weakness based on that appropriate parameters will be selected to assess them. Converting the weakness to strength is the key role of mine. Marks doesn’t comes in picture in any of these, it is one of the parameter rarely in time but not the only one
