I am a dedicated and professional educator with strong academic qualifications and a genuine passion for teaching. I have successfully qualified NET and SET in my first attempt and completed my Master’s degree along with a B.Ed., which has equipped me with both in-depth subject knowledge and effective pedagogical skills. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in Commerce, where I actively engage students in meaningful and result-oriented learning.

My teaching philosophy is centered on building strong fundamentals, simplifying complex concepts, and connecting theory with practical understanding. I focus on structured lesson planning, step-by-step explanations, and regular practice to ensure clarity and retention. I also emphasize exam-oriented preparation, time management techniques, and accuracy in answering, which are crucial for academic success.

I strongly believe that every student has unique learning needs. Therefore, I adapt my teaching methods to suit different learning styles and paces. I encourage an interactive classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing doubts. Through continuous assessment, constructive feedback, and consistent motivation, I aim to help students gain confidence, improve performance, and achieve their academic goals.
