I am a trained B.Ed. student and a passionate aspiring educator who believes that meaningful learning happens when students are actively involved, emotionally connected, and intellectually curious. My teaching philosophy is deeply aligned with the principles of NEP 2020 and NCF 2005, which emphasise learner-centred education, experiential learning, and holistic development.

In my classes, I focus on conceptual clarity rather than rote memorisation. I design lessons that encourage students to think, question, and apply what they learn to real-life situations. I regularly use activity-based methods, storytelling, discussions, visuals, and reflective tasks to ensure that learning is engaging and age-appropriate. This approach helps students develop not only academic understanding but also confidence, communication skills, and critical thinking.

I believe every child learns differently. Keeping this in mind, I adapt my teaching strategies according to the learner’s pace, interests, and learning style. I place strong emphasis on formative assessment, continuous feedback, and supportive guidance, as recommended by NEP 2020, to help students grow without fear or pressure.

During my teaching internships and training, I have worked closely with students from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build a positive teacher-student relationship based on respect, empathy, and encouragement. I strive to create a classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves, make mistakes, and learn from them.

As a teacher, I see myself not just as an instructor but as a facilitator and mentor who nurtures curiosity, values, and lifelong learning. I am committed to continuous self-improvement and reflective practice, and I look forward to supporting students in achieving both academic success and personal growth.
