The self-realized souls can impart knowledge unto you because they have seen the truth" I believe that a teacher must be like Krishna who transfer such a supreme knowledge in very easy so that his student promptly ready to render his duty and a student must behave like the Arjun who completely surrender to his teacher solely. I follow this which gives tremendous result to my students. I found one of my students who got 100 out 100 marks in mathematics in class 10th and right now he is doing B.Tech from NIT college. Behind this small success, hard-working and determination are required and apart from this the most important is how to execute it daily. What i do in my teaching- firstly i prepare weekly plan and simultaneously monthly plan so that each and everything will be covered in respective course and it gives confident to the student. Afterwards, i take chapter wise test of each subject and finally full mock test of each subject at least 3 times and each test and full mock is being discussed after test which helps student to analyze his/her performance in the given test and know that where he/she has to improve as a result he will perform very well in real time exam and almost achieve full marks in exam.
