I am a secondary school teacher with over ten years of teaching experience, teaching chemistry and mathematics besides giving career guidance to students and offering counseling services. I have been employing teaching methods, such as, discussions, presentations by students, inquiry-based learning, self-assessment, peer-assessment, and project-based learning among others, to enhance learning. My students have always loved my approaches, hence they have always felt sad to a point of crying whenever the class is given to another teacher. I have been able to help considerable number of students to transit to university and pursue lucrative courses, such as, medicine, engineering and accounting. In the years 2014 and 2015 I emerged the best teacher of mathematics in Gem subcounty, Siaya County.

I can confidently say, students placed under my care will not regret having me as their tutor, since I take into consideration the varied students' abilities; I am patient enough to the slowest learner among students and ready to create remedial times to offer individualized support.

I am therefore looking forward to getting referrals to be able to bring positive change in the lives of students.
