Most understanding and have passionate in teaching. While teaching, I explain in simple language whether it is English or Malayalam, not in complicated way. Make students who they are and to value themselves making them to believe that they are the next generation to bring future for our society. Do a lot of activities rather than rote way of teaching. Care students a lot and encourage them to face struggles, not to be bothered about how others think about them. Help them if they scored less mark.....encourage them to score high marks. I do not pressurize them, rather I encourage them to jump high.
