    Fees are negotiable based on the project complexity and deadline. While my hourly rate is for live consultation, I offer FIXED PRICES for Assignments, ML Projects, and Bug Fixing. I accept direct bank transfers (HNB/Peoples Bank/ Sampath Bank) for Sri Lankan students.
