As a retired HR professional transitioning into online English teaching, my teaching style is learner centered, supportive, and practical. I use clear communication, interactive conversation, and real life scenarios to help learners build confidence and fluency. My background in training and coaching provides structural guidance, and measurable improvement in communication skills. What makes me a great teacher is my patience, empathy, cultural awareness, and ability to motivate learners, helping them use English gloss confidently in everyday and professional situation. I also use both pedagogy and andragogy methods depending who the students are and what level they are. Im passionate about seeing results and excellent outcomes. I am an agent of change and enjoy making a difference in others. Teaching is in my family bloodline. Through my coaching and counseling background, it's easy for me to adapt to a different method or style where a learner is struggling. Try me, you won't regret.

Fee vary based on the services required by each client, taking into consideration time, content, severity of the services rendered and the level, etc. Teaching English to a grade 4 learner wouldn't necessarily cost the same coaching an executive or senior Manager.
