As a teacher i prefer eye to eye teaching so i can monitor my learners and get a better understanding of them. i dictate and explain my dictation to my learners for better content delivery and mastery by the learner.

i prefer question answer method too so i can gauge the leaners understanding to the content at hand .giving assignments too that will be attended to during the next session,this allows me to know when to proceed or repeat a topic that is not well understood.

i am passionate at what i do and i always respect my clients wishes.
