I am a fully qualified educator who is registered with SACE. I have quite number of years of teaching experience which is stipulated in my resume. Through the teaching course and the qualification I have obtained I have found that I am directly skilled in the art of persuasion. This is because of the skills that lie to my ability as with good communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding the teaching profession and served the Department of Education with value proposition. I multi-task and comprehensively read, understand the situation and act quickly upon it with what could be required out of me. I set goals and targets according to the vision and mission of the institution. I am passionate about the profession and has generated critical thinking skills by formulating strategic planning. I determine the needs of the institution which are based on improvement plan. During my previous supervision and management I have conducted staff development sessions at regular intervals and evaluated towards appraising my other fellow colleagues using the approved instruments according to Collective Agreement No. 8 of 2003 ( Quality Management System ).
As an ordained priest in the Ethiopian Catholic Church of Southern Africa, I apply and promote pastoral practices, counselling and theological acts to uphold and instil good moral values and Christian biblical principles. I diffuse grievances and conflicts using my dispute resolution skills and I democratically participatory advice other fellow colleagues to arrive at making collaborative decisions. I engage myself in breadth knowledge of understanding the importance of reading and writing by promoting the use of a library. Through being a school library coordinator I helped both learners and educators on the use of library and computer integration in the classroom during this period of 4th Industrial Revolution.
I am a motivated and dedicated incumbent who always strive for success. Through my organizational ability I have organized various events which came out successfully. I have used different strategies such as forecasting, drawing a management plan, consulting, setting time frames, delegating and giving feedback to other relevant stakeholders. I manage logistics of human and material resources. I work on SWOT Analysis strategic planning where I execute team work, collaboration and social cohesion. I network with other stakeholders and I am very innovative and creative. I also take part in most of the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities a school may offer.
In closing, I am a life-long learner and I can assure that I can be a good candidate who can contribute more skills and positive input to a general position of any business or organization and offer opportunities of growth and render my services inside and outside the workplace.
