First and foremost, I use holistic method and Multi-sensory teaching to reach the different diverse learning needs of my learner’s. I improved the performance of learners in literacy and numeracy by 15%. I consistently communicate with parents on learner well-being, discipline and academic excellence. I also evaluate and give immediate feedback on learners performance.I integrate creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving into daily instruction. Furthermore, I adhere to child safeguarding policies and create a safe learning environment.
