I m working as maths teacher from last 8 years.....and thought more than 1000+ studnet in group...25 students 1 to 1....prefer 1 to 1 because I m result oriented person...my success rate in one to 1 is 95%....so in one word....I understand the child using modern pedagogy and child phycology and help him to understand that he can ...provide him tailor made framework for mastering the subject...assisting him to figure out his mistakes and help them via coach coach method....so that he can learn by example not as boring leacture
