Fee details

    KSh1,0002,500/hour (US$7.7319.32/hour)

My fee per hour varies between KES 1,000 and KES 2,500 based primarily on the subject complexity and the student's academic level within the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
    1. Subject-Based Variation:
    • Mathematics & Computer Science (KES 1,000 - KES 1,800): While foundational, these subjects require clear conceptual teaching. Standard topics fall at the lower to mid-range. Fees increase for advanced computational thinking, programming (in Computer Science), or complex problem-solving strands in Mathematics.
    • Chemistry & Physics (KES 1,500 - KES 2,500): These subjects command a higher fee due to their abstract nature, reliance on precise practical knowledge, and the demand for teachers who can effectively demystify challenging concepts. Topics like Organic Chemistry, Electricity, or Quantum Physics are at the premium end of the scale.
    2. Level-Based Variation within IGCSE:
    • Core Curriculum / Foundation Tier (KES 1,000 - KES 1,700): Teaching fundamental principles and ensuring syllabus coverage.
    • Extended Curriculum / Higher Tier (KES 1,800 - KES 2,500): This requires in-depth knowledge, preparation for more difficult exam papers, and training students to handle complex, multi-step questions to achieve top grades.
