As a teacher and mentor of learners, my interest is to nature the inherent abilities in each learner and also help develop new competencies to bring out a learner that is conscious of the dynamic trends in academia and education arena. This is achieved through diverse approaches involving probing learners experiences, individualized assignments, close mentorship and consistent monitoring of learners progress.

A step by step approach in explaining concepts, providing relevant examples in real life scenarios and engaging actively in practical aspects of the learning content is critical in internalizing and appreciating the applicability of knowledge and skills in life
