I'm a passionate and dedicated teacher with an impressive culturally diverse experience. I believe in participatory as opposed to rote learning and always endeavor to equip my students with critical thinking and analytical skills relevant for this age of information.
Specifically, my approach to teaching focuses on the development of competence and skills to analyse diverse social problems as opposed to regurgitating specific social problems.
As a graduate Teaching Assistant during the COVID pandemic, I was recognized for the innovative ways in which I engaged the student not just in terms of the learning materials but also in integrating learning and the context of lockdowns within which it was happening.
