I am a passionate and dynamic secondary school teacher with more than ten years of experience and committed to fostering academic excellence and holistic development. I specialize in MAPEH, Mathematics, and Filipino, blending innovative teaching strategies with a deep understanding of student learning needs. Known for creating engaging, inclusive, and results-driven classrooms, I empower students to achieve their full potential while instilling critical thinking, creativity, and cultural appreciation. Beyond the classroom, I serve as adviser to the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (the highest student organization in school), guiding student leaders in organizing initiatives, promoting school-wide engagement, and developing essential leadership skills. My work bridges academic excellence and holistic student development, empowering learners to achieve their full potential while contributing positively to their school community. I also oversee the PEER Project, a student-led mentoring and tutoring program where honor students from higher grade levels guide their schoolmates in improving Math and Reading skills, fostering peer support, academic growth, and collaborative learning. Through these roles, I combine instructional expertise with leadership mentorship and program development, empowering students to excel academically, grow personally, and actively contribute to a vibrant, thriving school community.
