I have over three years of experience working in primary schools and am currently employed as a Teaching Assistant. In my role, I support children across different ability levels through one-to-one and small group learning. I have experience teaching all aspects of English, including grammar, reading, spelling, comprehension, and creative writing, as well as core Maths skills such as number work, problem-solving, and basic reasoning. My strengths include patience, clear communication, and adapting my approach to suit each child’s learning style.     As a dedicated Teaching Assistant, I have been entrusted with multifaceted responsibilities aimed at fostering an inclusive and conducive learning environment.
    Key Responsibilities:
     Assist educators in the meticulous preparation of teaching materials to enhance classroom engagement and optimise learning outcomes.
     In liaison with the teacher provide tailored one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, and accurately recorded achievement/progress as directed.
     Guide and support students in achieving their academic goals by offering targeted assistance to address challenges and enhance comprehension.
     Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on student achievement, progress, problems etc.
     Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents within and beyond the classroom in line with established policy and encouraged students to take responsibility for their behaviour.
     Support teaching/senior staff with routine administration
     Extend assistance to a diverse range of students, proactively identified opportunities to contribute to their holistic development and well-being.
