Hello! My name is Tomiloba, and I am a passionate, versatile, and student-focused music educator with a deep love for teaching, performing, and creating music. I am a proud graduate of Music from the University of Ibadan, where I received solid classical and practical training that continues to shape my teaching and musicianship today.
I am a multi-instrumentalist, proficient in clarinet, piano, saxophone, violin, and I also work extensively as a voice instructor. This wide instrumental background allows me to teach students with different interests and learning goals, whether they are complete beginners or more advanced learners looking to refine their skills. I enjoy helping students discover their musical strengths and guiding them to become confident, expressive musicians.
As a teacher, I have experience working with both young and older learners, and I understand that every student learns differently. I am patient, encouraging, and adaptable in my teaching style, always aiming to make lessons engaging, practical, and enjoyable. I believe music education should be inspiring, not intimidating, and I strive to create a warm learning environment where students feel motivated to grow.
Beyond teaching and performing, I am also a music composer and songwriter. I have written and composed several original songs, and composition is a core part of my musical identity. My final year project at the University of Ibadan was a full sonata work based on the legendary story of Moremi, which combined storytelling, cultural elements, and classical music structure.

This project strengthened my skills in composition, arrangement, and musical interpretation, and it also reflects my ability to blend tradition with creativity.
