I've worked in customer service for a long time and have a lot of experience as an ESL instructor and tutor. Over the years, by providing structured, dynamic classes that were customized to each student's needs, I have assisted students in becoming more confident, fluent in English, and proficient communicators. My ability to listen, communicate properly, and adapt to various personalities and learning styles has improved as a result of working in customer service.
