I strive to dismantle the walls placed around learners, to encourage their learning process through exploration and imagination, see to it that they have everything they need to become the best version of themselves and do all of this with love and care.
I use a blend of various teaching styles depending with the learner's demographics. The one that stands out the most is learner centered style.
I use differentiated learning methodology, based on the learners' abilities and learning styles.
I am adept at delivering instruction that is rigorous, relevant and appropriate for all learners in my area of specialization.
Through training, I have coached and mentored learners to find their paths and open doors in the future.

    ii. Managed tracking the course progress through checking the participants’ hours of engagement, test and assignment scores this improved course evaluation at the end of the course for each participant.
    iii. Incorporated blended learning in the face-to-face interactions by giving out a quiz assignment on a topic online, assess students’ knowledge and abilities on the topic, the outcome enabled me to focus on their weak areas for learning to be effective in face-to-face interactions
    iv. Provided technical input into impact evaluation design including training, planning and delivery of
    curriculum.
    v. Assessed submitted assignments by participants on Google drive.
    vi. Kept up-to-date records of work as pertains to training and supervision of the trainees.
