I believe in teaching using different pedagogy including, discussion, learner centered, practicals, projects, have handle learners who have exceeded expectation in different learning areas. I have been a role model hence inspiring my learners in working towards excellence. I have made learning simple and fun for my learners hence producing commendable results. I help learners in their area of weakness, listen to them, encourage, counsel and use simple and clear examples that suits learners of different education needs. I mark work and do corrections before starting a different things. I teach from simple to complex.
