I completed my Ph.D. and Master's from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. My primary teaching interests are Computational fluid dynamics (CFD), Fluid Mechanics, and heat transfer both basic and advanced.
Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, where I have developed the Biofluids Research Lab.
My teaching style includes both starting from the very fundamentals and then applying those fundamentals to understand practical problems. This make my teaching more involved which students like. I do not teach bookish knowledge rather focus more on concepts that students won't get in books.
