I teach from the students perspective and is patient and believe learning is never a short term process and but its forever.
I try to understand the learners type and level of intelligence and work for them accordingly. I totally don't understand the need for mugging up hence advocates learning with understanding.I usually adopt lecturing method with examples and also try to include audio visual tools as per requirement. Since my subjects have connections with day to day affairs il try maximum to include how our subject topics relate with the same.
