I teach my students not only for examination, but for thoroughly understand the subject. I allow my students to ask repeatedly until they understand the topic and also help them to their school work. I'm avaliable for 12 hours from 7a.m. to 7 p.m. for any query. I'm very friendly but strict to some extension also. Communicate once in a month with guardians so that we can share and discuss about student's improvement and behavior. I'm always there to help with their homework or any project related to my subject.
