I am a student -centered approach teacher, paying attention to students strengths and weaknesses.At times l also engage on flipped classroom and collaboration learning.Engaging every student through active learning, gamification, real-world applications and technology integration . I am more on the Proactive side, passionate and with a positive attitude.l am empathic,and completely understand students struggles to learn new things and develop on the existing knowledge. I give room to students to explore and become confident on themselves and on what they can create or do.Most times, taking the initiative is as difficult as maintaining pace on which one gets. I encourage learners to keep going and never stop even though they have millions reasons to quit.
