I'm an odissi teacher and choreographer with 15+ years of experience, proficient in Kelucharan Mahapatra's style of odissi.
I am a B high graded artist of Prasar Bharati and a senior scholar certified by Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, also a state level winner of odissi subcategory from classical dance category.

I focus on body conditioning, flexibility improvements and injury prevention techniques based on yoga and pilates.
I actively teach working professionals and beginner to intermediates based on their capacity. I help in understanding movements through creative drills and exercises including odissi grammar like chest movement, hand and feet gestures, different static and dynamic movements on floor. Small music choreographies will be taught for understanding applications.

Also I teach advanced learners and provide theoretical inputs. It includes stepping practice and composition learning.
I help my students capable enough so that they can express by themselves.
Upon successfully completion of learning, I will provide audio. (only for advanced learners)

Demo class is available. Weekly two classes are recommended. Individual monitoring will be done. Recordings will be provided if necessary. duration 1 - 1:30 hrs. Homeworks will be given.
