I am Ayurveda physician with postgraduation in Swasthavritta evum Yoga. Passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge. I conduct PPT- based, structured sessions focusing on key concepts, exam- relevant points, and practical examples.
During my MD training, i taught UG students and found that PPT - based sessions combined with discissions are the most effective for learning.
I focus on exam - oriented teaching while ensuring deep understanding of each topics.
Classes include revision of previous topics, clear note - making, and interactive discussion and if needed, practical demonstrations such as Dinacharya routines like dhoomapana procedure, Anjana preprations etc and Yoga sessions including Asanas and Pranayama. This approach helps students retain information, apply practical knowledge confidently and perform well in exam.
I am also happy to retake subjects for students who needed extra guidance, ensuring they fully understand the material and gain confidence.
