I believe communication is the key. I don’t really have a method I believe hard work is important from both the sides. The student should be willing to share his / her thoughts and what they lack on the other hand as a teacher we should be able to understand their feelings and try to work on it. I personally take my students flaws into account and then work on that. There should be mutual understanding and cooperation between both sides and I believe as a teacher patience is very important. We should be willing to teach them as may times as they wan.
