I connect with my students through empathy and strong relationships. l effectively communicates complex subjects with clarity and passion, creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students feel safe to learn. I build strong subject knowledge, and teach it in ways that resonate with individual learners and challenging them to think critically and engaging in class discussions. I give students opportunity to do researches on their own to build confidence and critical thinking. I believe in students’ potential and challenge them to achieve it. Above all l love sharing the knowledge l have to my students preparing them for a brighter future.
