Imagine PDE4 inhibitors (Like roflumilast) are chill party organizers in your body -they calm inflammation in the lungs. But if the wrong guests (Other drugs) Shows up, the party goes hay wire :)

Mini story: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g,: Ketoconazole, erythromycin )

Story: These are like VIP guest who hog all the attention. They slow down the party organizers (roflumilast) from leaving the body, so the chill party gets too intense ! Result: Booom : Nausea and weight loss.

Action: Reduce dose or avoid -Don't let the VIP crash your party !
