Research Staff at the National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) providing online instruction in Biology, Nutrition and Life Sciences.
My teaching approach is centered on conceptual clarity, strong foundational understanding, and logical reasoning in biology, nutrition science, and human biology.

I focus on breaking down complex topics into simple, well-structured explanations, using diagrams, examples, and step-by-step methods that make learning easier and more effective. I emphasize understanding the “why” behind concepts, rather than memorization, to help students retain knowledge long term.

My classes include regular doubt-clearing sessions, concept revision, and guided practice, ensuring students stay confident and consistent in their learning. I also help students develop analytical thinking and exam-oriented application skills, which are essential for academic success.

I believe learning should be supportive and engaging, so I maintain a patient, interactive, and encouraging classroom environment. Lessons are adjusted based on each students learning pace, strengths, and academic goals. Continuous feedback is provided to track progress and improve performance.

My aim is to build a strong academic foundation that supports students in school exams, competitive entrance tests, and higher education in life sciences.

I teach school-level students (lower classes), undergraduate and postgraduate learners, and entrance examination aspirants.
