My teaching style is student centered where I see myself as a facilitator rather than a lecturer. Allowing students active engagement while teaching and learning.
My Methods is mostly learning by doing
For example we look at real companies like Apple also talking about If Netflix raises its prices, we discuss why and how customers might react. This make student more engaging as they easily understand, especially when what taught in class is connected to the real world situation
My results, o-level and A-level I scored division 1 and on the side of students, students stop memorizing definitions and start analyzing concepts.
What makes me a good teacher is that I don't just deliver information but I create result since I connect theory to reality, I use active learning, I focus on soft skills like communication and team spirit. And lastly I am a great teacher because I deliver measurable growth since a good teacher produces students who can actually do the job, as they gain the confidence and skills to walk into a job and add value on day one. I don't just teach business I help create the next generation of professionals.
