I usually use very simpl
e tools and techniques to analyze the capabilities of my students, this helps me to plan strategies accordingly. I also help students in their capacity-building and personality building. I give priority to my student's preference methodology of teaching. As a teacher i make sure my students are comfortable and am flexible enough to try new way of teaching if my student isn't coping up.
Lastly as a teacher i ensure well-being of my students and make sure to have a positive yet progressive impact on them.
