I am a Psychology professional with around 2 years of experience providing child counselling and behaviour therapy for children and adolescents. I support children with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, anger issues, and behavioural challenges through structured and individualized sessions.
My methodology begins with a Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA) to identify triggers and understand the underlying causes of behaviour. Based on this assessment, I develop personalized intervention plans with practical, goal-oriented strategies focused on emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social skill development.
I provide special needs support, ADHD management strategies, and coping techniques that children can apply in daily life. Clear and measurable goals are set for each child, and regular progress reports are shared with parents to ensure transparency and consistent improvement.
I work closely with parents to provide guidance and structured strategies that support progress at home and school. Sessions are interactive, supportive, and tailored to each child’s unique needs.
