I am a graduate (B.F.Sc.) and postgraduate (M.F.Sc.) in Fishery Science, ICAR ASRB NET qualified, and currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Fishery Science from one of India’s premier institutes. Along with strong academic credentials, I am actively involved in research work during my postgraduate studies and ongoing Ph.D. research, which has strengthened my conceptual and practical understanding of fisheries science.
I also have 1.5 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor, teaching undergraduate (B.F.Sc.) students. I have taught and handled core subjects including Fish Nutrition, Fish Farming, Aquaculture and Aquaculture Practices, Oceanography, and Aquatic Animal Health Management, along with theory and practical sessions.
In addition, I have hands-on experience in Fish Breeding and Hatchery Management, including induced breeding techniques, broodstock management, seed production, and larval rearing practices, gained through academic training and practical exposure and also i am highly enthusiastic about guiding and supporting students involved in research, including help with research planning, experimental design, data analysis, literature review, and thesis or dissertation writing.
