Have experience teaching Kannada to primary school students (Classes 1–8). I focus on developing students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Kannada. I teach Kannada varnamale, basic vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation, poems, rhymes, and stories using age-appropriate methods.
I prepare daily and yearly lesson plans according to the prescribed syllabus and use teaching-learning materials such as charts, flashcards, pictures, and activities to make learning interesting and effective. I adopt child-centered and activity-based teaching methods to suit different learning levels of students.
I regularly assess students through oral and written evaluations, monitor their progress, and maintain academic records. I provide remedial teaching and additional support to slow learners and encourage all students through positive feedback and motivation.
I maintain a disciplined, safe, and inclusive classroom environment and help students develop good habits, values, and respect for Kannada language and culture. I actively encourage students to participate in storytelling, poetry recitation, and cultural activities, including Kannada Rajyotsava and other school programs.
