I facilitate students by giving proper concept knowledge as per the level of student understanding. I don't believe in lecturing by topic rather making students comfortable with the topic knowledge.
I am even adjust with the time and behaviour of the students so as to deliver my explanation effectively and impact fully.
Regular assignment and test helps students to understand their weakness and strength regularly.
At the end good coperative environment is required from students and parents side so that that the teaching learning process can be done result oriented properly and regularly
