I am harsha, i am a part time online tutor with 3 years teaching experince in online tutoring, home tutoring and 2 years as a full time school teacher.
My teaching methods - its mostly conversation based with a lot of inputs from the child's previous knowledge (it bridges what the child is learning now), with small activities (based on the subject) and assessments weekly to know their understanding level. I make sure i learn each child's learning method (visual, audio, combined) and prepare study materials or contents tailored exactly according to their needs and interests. i make sure each child loves the hour and learns with full enjoyment and 100% understanding. no burdens, flexible with class timings and adaptable to their interest. in case the child is learning language, i make sure s/he learns to talk as well as understand and write. i believe children learn when they enjoy and explore rather than rote learning as that stays with them for ever as their building blocks for further studies. my classes are always open for question answer sessions and i believe the more they question, the more they explore and deep dive into their subjects.
