I use oral transmission and recitation method and also step by step method where I break the long verses down, in order to make it easy for my learners to grasp. Revision is also a very important thing I don't joke with during my lesson periods. I make sure each of my learners read one juzu in each lesson period so as not to forget those surah they have memorize before I proceed to the present surah they are still memorizing. While reading the revision, I make sure that I don't overlook any of their errors. Learners can only proceed to memorization after the proper revision is done. Under this memorizing surah, they'll read the surah from the beginning to where they stopped before I take them another new verses. In the meantime, during the process of reading, I make sure I correct their recitation and pronunciation where it is needed and also make sure that the learners correct the errors before they proceed
In the last twenty years of teaching, more than fifteen students have memorized the whole of Quran.
