As a yoga teacher I am dedicated to teach yoga in its most authentic form following ancient methodologies and tools. I hold specialization in Hatha Yoga which is the purest of all forms and teach from the basics to make it easily accessible for all age groups.
With me you can learn and benefit from different tools of yoga such as: Asanas for strength and flexibility, Pranayam for overall health care, Shatkriyas or cleansing techniques to purify from within and Meditation for mental peace and happiness
Results can be seen from day 1 as you leave the session feeling calmer and refreshed with a boost in energy which stays throughout the day. Complete transformation comes with consistent practice of atleast 3 months.
I don't want my students to follow any strict lesson plan but to cultivate a deep sense of awareness and learning more accurately so that they can develop their own self practice later. Yoga is not a one day practice, it works slowly but stays for life.
