Hello/namaste
Mera naam nidhi sagar hai mai ek yoga instructor hu. And i jave run my own yoga studio with name(yoga studio by nidhi sagar) you can also check it on instagram also.my moto is to take yoga as a daily routine activity because it changes life and make our living in a balanced way. And i also want to make women's to participate in yog practises to change their life style and make them self healthy. And being a sociology student i also think that yog can change our social life easily and we became a good person from inside out.
