I mainly focused in textbooks they are following. Mainly teach them by application based questions.
Accept their points and views about a topic. Then teach them how their school is following. Because iny point of view if they are studying different notes they seems difficult to follow. So follow as per the school. Helps in Home work and assignment. mainly take classes from 1 to 5.
I have completed my higher secondary in Bio-science in distinction and my graduation in BCA with distinction.
I have completed my PGDCA and MCA from IGNOU in high first class and secured my international Montessori degree with 89%.
I think a good teacher should have patience and empathy towards their little faces.
I am also prefering face to face or offline teaching.
