I am a Licensed Food Technologist and a National Certificate (NC) II holder in Food Processing. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor at one of the Top State Universities in the Philippines. In my 8-year experience as an Instructor and Assistant Prof., I was able to handle general education courses up to food science-related courses. I employ demonstration and facilitator style in teaching, and preferred differentiated instruction. So far, I have been receiving very satisfactory to outstanding teaching performance by my students. To make my class conducive for learning, I see to it that my class policies and rules are clearly defined and understood by my students. I strive in making my class a safe open space for learning, and in building meaningful camaraderie with my students.
