I have a 4 years of experience in primary session as I am good in explaining first then give them an exercise . Explain them to clear the questions properly in their mind then give them for learning . Help them in learning throught explaintion also guide them about writing, reading and learning . As it is necessary reading properly, first guide them to read that it will more clear in their mind . According to my methodology it is to make sure that their reading is properly aa it is most important.
