For the past six years, I have devoted myself to the practice of yoga, mastering its many dimensions with depth and discipline. My expertise covers meditation, flexibility, physical strength, and a refined understanding of body mechanics. Yoga has been nothing short of transformative in my own life — through dedicated practice, I achieved a weight loss of 25 kg within just a few months, a milestone that reflects both the power of yoga and the strength of commitment.
