Training is not a job; it is my passion. I have been in the Training industry for 2 decades. I started as a customer service representative and grew to be a Unit Manager in Training. I was lucky to have found my calling, and it has been a great journey. I have trained 2-year-old toddlers to 60-year-old adults. This space is not enough to share my experience.

I teach Spoken English, communication skills and soft skills for working professionals or anyone else who wants to learn. My training style is very practical and interactive. I do not believe in rote learning and encourage my students with strategies and techniques that they can apply as a part of their daily lives to achieve the learning goal. I am very strict! at the same time, you will have good laughs with me. At the end of the day, I guarantee you will start enjoying learning.

I have taught students from CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, SSC, US Curriculum, New Zealand Curriculum, and UAE students. I specialise in Spoken English and Communication skills, but I also teach Business studies, Economics, English literature and language, and Prep for TACHS and SAT(English).

Not to brag, but I am very good at what I do cause I do it with passion and love for teaching.

Experience

Founder (Nov, 2020–Present) at Linguixtutor

As a founder, I initially worked as a freelancer, where I offered content writing and training services to clients. In the midst of this, I worked as a speaker (part-time) with Clapingo. I worked with multinational IT companies on a contract basis, delivering Spoken English and communication skills training. I have also trained professionals on Lead Generation and Sales. I offer academic classes for Homeschoolers as well. I am certified in TA, PoSH, and use the ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy model of learning. My training courses are designed based on a thorough evaluation of the candidate and I design custom plans for each learner, as each learner has different needs. I have always received very positive and successful outcomes through my training programs.
Founder (Jul, 2015–Oct, 2020) at Lil Zen Masters Academy

This was my Day Care and activity centre. As a founder and teacher, I offered daycare services, tuition, and art & craft classes. This venture was closed down due to Covid. I tutored kids from grade 2 through grade 12. I also offered handwriting classes. My specialisation at this time, apart from other subjects, was English. I trained children and adults in English fluency at an academic and professional level.
Unit Manager Training (Dec, 2003–Aug, 2008) at Mphasis an Hp Company, Pune

As a Unit Manager, I handled a team of 8 Trainers across Pune and Bangalore Locations. My responsibilities included all Training and Development activities from hiring, screening, orientation, training, scheduling, reporting and post-training activities. Apart from handling the team, I also conducted stand-up deliveries. My key role was client management and I assisted in transitioning teams onsite in Tijuana, Mexico, and Florida for our client. I was the key point of contact for operational and training activities. I have designed training content for the clients and also been the lead in creating a process for effective training and management of the business.
