Making the students to understand is necessary rather than making them by heart.I will stick on with with this methodology understanding and learning
It gives them complete knowledge about the subject and easily they can master the subject without any interruptions.
I will make the students to feel Comfortable and according to the interest of the students,my way of teaching will be. Good in grammar and out of own interest I have persuaded Maths also.Teaching both English and Maths after understanding seems to be pretty good. I will learn from my students also,that makes me complete.
